Don't choose this company even if you are job less. Management,project manager,general manager are stupid and don't know how to handle clients & employees.there is nothing you learn.

Nothing to like. 3rd class company. They are just cutting employees salary and have fun in doing tours and purchasing online.

The flexible work timings is positive but that comes with conditions.

...ent management, owner orders and we have to follow. Lacks employees engagement . There is bond you have to sign to join and there is half a salary being deducted from your first month salary in name of training which is never given. Top of all there is no job security you can be fired without any reason too on immediate basis. Also you have to give one month salary as deposit to join the company.

I would like to share my experience with ncrypted. I think they don't have sufficient funds to pay my august 2021 salary. Ncrypted has kept me as an hourly-based employee means the company will pay if they have tasks. This situation go for the last 3+ months so finally gave them a resignation but now they are not paying my august 2021 month salary. Ncrypted has deducted all employees 10-20% of the salary of march 2020 and April 2020 and didn't pay back to anyone.

1. Worst salary structure+ so much salary deductions + less incentive structure 2. Poor management system 3. No values of employees.

Most of the employees are just doing politics including GMs. HR department and senior management are totally biased, non-professional. Very little career growth, 80% developers are there only because no one else will hire them. They don't work on framework at all. You won't learn anything except core php. Appraisals are not done on time but 2 months after your bond expires. Very stressful and non co-operative work environment, Management won't listen to your ideas for innovation, changes like allowing music, technology upgrade, etc. They give alternate Saturday off but that's only on paper, They ask you to come on work every now and then when you have weekends or holidays. For freshers, just contact somebody who worked there before joining because you will do overtime free almost everyday without even appreciation.
