Company should not ramp down/cut down their permanent employees all of a sudden without providing them another employment. We all are dependent on a company for survival , so any pre- decided agreement leads employees like us in trouble. It's hard to get a job in this market all of a sudden. You should try to understand the emotions and struggle behind this commitment towards the company and value this

Nothing,no job security, if you want to work just forgot about your self respect. Only telpani lagane vale employee can work there. You have to literally bagging for urgent leaves.

...ees like "personal servants", they expect you to work till 8 PM most of the day. They constantly pressurize recruiters to "justify their salary". They don't give increments and keep on giving excuses. Mitesh, the operation manager doesn't even know how to talk. He is very rude and can't even speak correct English himself, yet he conducts interviews and points out flaws in people. There is no opportunity for growth or learning here.
