No salary increment 15k all of us 1 yr experience has also same salary . But employees got more amount of thries .No permenent.

Nothing to like stay away from this company it's a scam.

...ent they take more than 3 months to clear dues when company policy says 45 days. You have to keep escalating to get your basic dues and compensation this is after you have provided all information and completed all formalities and recived company clearance.

Unrealistic Targets , Managers politics to protect their position , no clarity or strategic approach on achieving goals to good for organization instead make fake commitments

1-flexibility 2-paid leave and sick leave are really good 3-office infrastructure is good

1-If you are working as a contractor there is not much value here 2-Team lead are just assigning you work if you ask doubts or give a suggestion they will scold on minor mistakes some leads have really less technical knowledge otherwise its good
