Working at NCR Technosolutions allowed me to learn various skill sets. It was always interesting as well as good for personal growth.

Dislikes

Opinions of the employees or even managers didn’t matter at all. Without taking suggestions or doing market research, the sole and final decision maker was the CEO. Since wfh started the salary used to get delayed without any prior information for any unknown number of days..(sometimes 10-15days, sometimes 20 or more). It continued even after the market stabilisation. One is never allowed to ask questions or point their opinions. CEO would want you to work for 11-12 hours cus it’s wfh.

Nice company to learn, specially for junior level guys. Seniors are very friendly. Most important thing I have experienced here is no corporate politics.
