nothing..cheap managament. 4-5 close persons who are uneducated are handling the company and have no emotional values for anyone except themselves

no salary, only big commitment of Bonus Esop and incentives, you will not be able to guess that a company with such huge office can not pay salary,but it is fact. dont get swayed by the office. it is under mortagage and soon to be seized. you will be asked to do work except your profile, management's failure will be blamed on you and then they tell you that your salary will not be paid for this reason.

Liking is a different thing...I curse the people who have opened this company to fool people and cheat all poor people by hiring them and not paying for 6 months .

These people are frauds , they don't pay you salary , they don't submit your PF , just fool people by hiring them and making their black money white by showing into accounts that they have paid money to employees

salary pending, no product, zero sales, only big dialogues of paying bonus, esops etc where they dont even pay salaries for 6-9 months, pls verify from all sources before anyone joins.
