The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Actually I do not like anything about the company.

Dislikes

They have not paid salaries since 8-9 months and hiring people even if they have no intensions to pay salaries. The ceo is so lame that now he wants to evaluate the performance of the employees, the ones who have left the organisation so that he does not have to pay the salaries. Being called IT company in health care domain, the company has no IT team and ceo himself uses chits to communicate. He does not even use laptop and needs a person who scrolls through a laptop in front of him.
