The work culture is great, managers and senior staff is very friendly and helpful. Team is very cooperative, and we get appreciation for the achievements. Flexible work hours.

No overtime pay even if u have to stretch for 14 hours and salary raise isn't good . also , no benefits like cab service .

work life balance, work satisfaction, not much skill development as a developer because most of the projects are with legacy code. The domain of the company is construction and BIM where 3d viewers and its related knowledge is much more important than any framework or technology.

The business development leader subtly politicking to secure his position, downplaying other achivement , createing groupism and cliques. However success is team work and not on one person !!

Bad work-life balance, low compensation, Bonus is part of CTC, unachievable performance goals, Insurance only for employee not for any dependants, most of the projects are short-term, you will get awards if you work on weekends

Appraisals are significantly decreased compared to earlier rating. There are no uniform criteria for promotions across teams. Different teams adopted varying appraisal practices. Skill development activities depend on management may ask for work commitment.
