rest everything was bad. only gave false assurance of giving salary but in reality no salary/stipened/promotion given. very bad work culture. lots and lots of pressures and warnings was there.

There was no salary at all, for interns the management just uses them in exchange for certificates but it is okay. The company has potential, they just need a good planning team and a market research team to scale up to other big community websites like Quora, linked in etc.

Dislikes

...at which is good, but stop having that as your complete goal for hiring interns. At least pay them for their basic level of achievement. Your pay scheme is entirely wrong.

There wasn't alot of work assigned and also work isn't hectic

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The work culture, not providing certificate stipend at correct time, how they control every engagement that happens in app, doesn't let anybody review it, all the reviews and users are fake and got through interns who have to onboard others. Worst app UI/UX have worked here for 6 months nothing positive comes to my mind. Basically a company with worst goal set and worst management.
