...stem or anything the person have to face the mental harassment and consequences. No salary increament to contractual employees nor any other benefits given to them.. As the name of government company they totally exploit the employees.

Nbcc Management are very good and hard worker.

There is no increment in salary of contract employees and they do not get any allowance specially house allowance which need more because salary is very little.

Good work environment and socity. Supporting and the manegemenr is transparent. Company policy are good and they good salary hike time to time.

There is lot of politics and the manegement doesnot our issues. There is a contract or one years before which you cannot region. On the job traninng is not given to new joinees

The company is fine, the parament employees in NBCC are very good but there is a problem with the apprentices in this

Good company The apprentice cannot learn anything, he is kept there on the site for viewing and practice and to get the work done
