There is nothing to like about NBC. If you're from a prestigous college you will find yourself out of place. No time management. You will feel like a labourer.

Dislikes

...with few NITs with very low package and expect you to work for 9 hours everyday. Some deparents have 5 days a week and some has 6 days a week but you'll get the same salary..irrespective of your working hours.

Work life balance. Big brand Policies like education, car, IJP etc. Ambitious.

Dislikes

Culture Old employees do not want to change and favour to local employees. Salary hike Slow pace organization. No Training. Design is just a drafting. Zero appreciation for your work.

I feel terrible while working in the NBC Bearings, because there's no growth opportunities and skill development opportunities. I got average satisfaction in working with Nbc bearings.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address issues of employees. Salary is Average of Current Employees & there career growth is slow. Work Facilities is poor.

...echnical knowledge is vast. 7. Flexible timings and alternate Saturday off. 8. Initial compensation and benefits are good. 9. Some of the higher mgmnt. Officials and C.E.O are good.

Dislikes

1. Management issues. Baised and influenced thinking of top officials 2. H.R dept. is not so strong in terms of employee problems. 3. No hierarchy maintained in the organization. 4. Boot lickers are more in the organization and always prioritized by mgmnt. 5. Career opportunities are not so good as the appraisals are not fair enough. 6. Bell curve for appraisal is worst and only for show off. 7. People who really do their work dedicatedly are not appraised well, even though boss likings have more importance. 8. Local residents of jaipur and nearby are taken granted. 9. Personally my boss do not have faith in their subordinates and try to upfront some of their loved once. 10. Even though dept. Head do not think for growth of company and always blem their subordinates. 11. As a sales guy it is hard to say that railway dept. is going worsen day by day and even turnover of rly. sales is going down in comparison to last few years but no body will look out. 12. High work pressure
