...y. The Food is awesome and mouthwatering but working environment is not good. Salary will be disbursed in last of second week. Untrained staffed culture. Operation Culture is average. No responsibilities for Employee. No career growth and opportunities.

Nazeer is for those who want to learn and grow side by side. It provides multiple tasks and leads its employee to learn those while doing. Great place for learner in hospitality industry.

Little bit disappointed with its work culture may be it is beacause I am new here but it is somehow. Could be better.

The owner is very good and understands things but some cheap people have come into this brand and are spoiling it.The owner is very talented person , very kind, he has no match .

These are ignorant people, they don't know what to do next, they accuse someone of anything and remove him, the top management is complete nonsense.They only do politics, you have to do whatever they say, even if it is wrong.You can't learn anything in a place where there are ignorant people who don't listen to anyone before them.

Actually job security is good there coz there is no work culture , they have Illeterate managers too and they are working there coz they know they will work like donkeys. And Owner of this company will take ur advice on ego they think that they are superior but there is only way to keep quite
