1. Good to start your career and learn a lot of skills. 2. You will learn a lot here as compared to your peers in the service based industry. 3. There is practically no strict hierarchy so you can directly talk even with the directors. 4. Appraisal is great as compared to other service based companies.

Dislikes

1. It doesn't have well defined company policies and procedures so kind of flexible but sometimes it is not good when you don't have proper documentations and don't know what standards & procedures to follows in software development. 2. Your work may not be easily recognised as top managers are given preferences in the feedback. 3. Doesn't have many good team leads and project managers that can actually guide and mentor you well when you get enough experience, though it is fine for the freshers.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike they are straight forward people if they don't like anything they won't hesitate to tell you on your face which is actually a good quality.
