I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Likes

Understanding Principal, Caring co workers who are willing to help each other. Coordinators are supportive and accommodative.

Dislikes

Salaries structure needs to he reviewed. They are loosing good teachers because of their pay structure. Not competitve

Likes

Amazing teammates, cordial, warm and supportive. IB training provided based on availability with contract. PYP Coordinator was quite supportive and appreciated good work. Work-life balance was good being a day school. Second and fourth Saturday off, all public holidays were given. Free meals and transport.

Dislikes

Pay Scale, salary and appraisal not as per Industry standards of an IB school.
