The worst company i worked with. No proper management, no hike, no value for the work you do. All credits are taken by leads and managers and they take you for granded. worst work culture.

Not much opportunity to develop skills for an experienced person and salary is very much below the market. Purposely lies regarding the appraisals and appraisal period and projects it as miscommunication.

Monotonous work with least work life balance and rare appraisals and appreciation with single digit (%) salary hike, few chances for career growth.

Dislikes

The company culture is poor, they want to use "SIR" for managers and above. Strict with people for working hours min 12 Hrs. They don't provide any allowances for night shift. 6 days working days strictly after Onboarded.

Is flexible working at home, local bosses (non-Indian) try their bests to overcome problems, also, they try to balance company's demands with employee's requests.

Dislikes

Salaries are not competitive at all. Apprisals & salary nivelation do not meets county's cost of live, no matter if paying wages to the company are getting cheaper along local currency is deprecated vs. dollar. Turnover is as high as it colud be, so training cost on timing manner are super high. Poor interest from senior management on employees good-living. In comparison with comptence companies, Navitas does not offer anything aditional to salary, competence company offers x2 salaries levels, aditional health insurance, food bonuses, gym bonuses and others. If you can choose other company than Navitas, do not hesitate.
