...company hires it's employees on a third party payroll O**I* *o*pi*l*t* pvt ltd. So that it can be on a safer side when it comes to employee benefits and compensation. You are initially hired on a contract of 6 months and you won't get any leave, no matter even you or Scott John's father dies😋. The company's vision is very difficult to understand ! Overall, a pathetic experience! I am now working with INTO Global. They have similar business model but they respect their employees and understand how to nurture them to yield productivity!

Company doesn't have a clear vision. They need to make research on demographic challenges before you penetrate any market. Otherwise, there has also been times that you can't afford pantry services for your employees, which is ridiculous 😁😁😁
