Company is good but people are not. Superiors thing that they can say and do objectionable gestures including transport team. Trying to take out details and misusing it. And hr on the day of joining saying son, son even though it is not worth saying just because in the will not say anything, this makes other person feels reluctant to do work it is against Hr policies. People who apply for job should consider it. The people who said have now changed the company, but this not mean they are saved, the company who gave them position they misused it, and they will be doing the same.

Absolutely everything to be disliked here except wfh. They don’t give any opportunity even though you have the required skills. They will put you into a legacy technology and expect you to work on it even though you have all the skills to automate manual task, The seniors would not let you do so as their job will be in danger. If you are just starting out your career avoid this place at any cost. This place is for people who are good at politics nothing else. No respect for skills and strict hiearchy that you are a junior how can you tell me that you can do this in a better manner.

No recognition of efforts, show off nd political guys only goes up. They are not bothered about who are working and who are acting. They point mistakes of people who try to make jaustification for salary
