There is a lot of politics , there is no proper increment for deserved candidate , there is was 5 years of experience yet they don't see the potential , they purely won't give hike that much easy , they will use your efforts and throw away to some one else , too much pressure and less salary

Management given the freedom and Top people's always open the door and listening supporting for achieving organization goals and they taking care of our needs also

Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend this.

The management has failed to ensure equal treatment for all employees, resulting in a politically charged workplace environment, while the site team is left without any benefits. Additionally, the Saturday leave policy is limited exclusively to head office staff only

Likes

No job security and working experience is very poor. No proper planning and coordination. Worst policy and management is really pathetic

Dislikes

No proper Marketing plan and strategies ideas in this company. No incentives paid for the salesperson. Overall it is a bad experience to work in this organization.
