1. I m new here but It's my opinion, sessionable material Anything not Provided on time As like ( Rain coat) . I means whatever material given on time . If you not provided on time so all thing wasted.

12 hours shift with 1.5 hours of traveling in morning and evening..that makes 15 hours of duty.. Dictatorship is going on in the company by Management. No safety culture. Staff behaviour is very rude to the workers.

Worst management No appraisal on time No CL, PL No job security 12hours duty with one week off no festival leave High exploitation of manpower by managers for their personal benefits. No work ethic

Working environment is pathetic, mentality of top management is of British era... Still that jamindaar shahukaar era is going on... Not worth even for a day
