nothing to love about this company.

Dislikes

1 - they provide salary after 45 to 50 days later. for example if you join this organisation on 1jan you can expect your salary on 15 feb to 20th feb thats a average it late more than it. 2 - they will deduct your pf but will not send to your pf account. if you talk to them about pf so they will only give you false hope about pf. 3- if you join them they will never give you leaves. you can take leave on LOP. 4- strict timings

I had joined this company and I had worked for long. We have to work months 1st to 30th but we will get salary on 17th of next month. And company is. Deducting PF from salary but it is not deposit in PF account. If check your PF account so there is not amount deposited. In this company you will be promoted but in only verbally, not on document. Suppose you are agent and you promoted as team leader so verbally you are team leader but in document your will be an agent in this company. And suppose if you do resign so there not guarantee of remaining salary company will provide or not. If provide so when, there is not guarantee. If asking my opinion for this company so as friend I will suggest don't join this company. You can this company rating on ambition box it is 2.1 so you can think how company is

...kur bhatia and his wife aditi bhatia hr takes all the decisions for everything . The salary comes after 20th of every month. Also they deduct pf from your salary UT don't put the amount in your pf account .. they ate thieves. The worst company ever .. if you want to take revenge from someone ask him to join this company. They are frauds.. several court cases are going on on them by the employees.

There is nothing to like about navigant technologies instead of operations manager ANURADHA RAJPUT mam, she is very polite and helpful to every employee.

No hikes in salary Lot of work pressure Not fixed timing ( we have to reach office 15 minutes before from shift timings but we cannot go even after completion of shift timings everyday we have to be in office 20 minutes more from the shifts timings) Salary never credited on time If you will leave office then even after 45 days salary will not credited to your account. I will advice not to go in this company.

Nothing was there to like as it's a domestic n 3rd party bpo

Dislikes

The salary they would give after 45days and week off wasn't accurate very-very poor management. HR itself doesn't support other as well as the clients as they eat up others money and even during F&F they made people struggle some lost hope some manged but they got it after 9months of waiting. Rest those who worked there and still working know about it much.
