If you are into field collections and from south better not to choose this company, You will be controlled by Inexperienced Northis so called dictators, your life will be miserable, no job security, trust me you will be daily wager here, your work and struggle will not be identified.

Beaurocracy, insecure managers, no defined kra, extreme push on delivery timelines, favouritism, vision has become delusional over time, bootlickers get recognition and rewards.

Frequent change in roles and responsibilities which are not clear. Team is headed by a person who does not have the required background. Micro management, at time of interview HR will tell you about unlimited leave or WFH policy but all these things are just on paper. Half-year performance not just depends upon one's performance with work but leaves taken, hours spent at work etc. and people are laid off on such grounds.

Job safety, ruled by Northis taking immatured decisions which will put your career into stake, Extreme pressure from managers, no week ends, no holidays, no festivals, it's luck to get 1 or 2 days stress free days per month, always held up in weekly and monthly targets..
