Nothing is disliked because companies are ready to pay you but if an employee don't upgrade and update himself and herself then we can't do about it. Navayuga is a good company.

Likes

I am currently working with this company for 2+ years. Technology wise it is okay as mostly JAVA is used. Friendly colleagues and job security is there. Easily communicable team.

Dislikes

Worst salary package and no hike until you sit offshore. HR management is average as there is no open stage of communication between HR and Employees. Your designation will be promoted but work would be the same.

Likes

They hire people based on their skills and knowledge but not the degree. You have your freedom to learn new technologies and develope your skills. I gained a lot of experience on my work and the technologies I use.

Dislikes

There's is a bond of 3 years for freshers and salaries won't get credited on time.
