...f, ancient equipment, immoral, unethical & worst work culture ever encountered. They dont even care to pay employees on time. The only purpose is about saving money to company and make more profit to its owner, even if it costs quality, safety, welfare or reputation of workers.

Its literally a slavery and on top of it they dont care to pay whats rightfully mine. Extremely unprofessional, shameless organization.

Company is good but site management is not good. Suppose you join in this company on month of January you will get salary April or may. I am suggesting you don't go or try to join this company. Company culture is very poor,full politics. After resign your service full and final salary you will get after 8 month. Thanks.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Had a great experience of learning from colleagues and well maintained office with good worklife balance.

Dislikes

Very less salary and higher expectations from employees. Lack of communication between superior and subordinates. Very rigid in sharing knowledge. Sometimes employees cannot express their opinions or clearfiy their doubts freely.
