- Salary delay at least by 15days to 1 month each month - When deputed to other locations, you have to spend money from own pocket. You will never get reimbursement - Company will deduct tax from salary but will never deposit to IT dept causing you to pay penalty due to delayed filing of returns - Company will cheat you in EPF, they will deduct EPF from salary but will never deposit to EPF account - Company will first change policy and then inform employee - No insurance due to non-payment of premiums - HR and finance teams are the worst - If you don't bill hours to Client you will not get paid, you have to find your own work, nobody cares - In short, if wanna work for free then go and join

...pany doesn't pay salaries on time and they won't even say when will they pay. 2. Employee provident fund will be deducted from your salary but won't be credited into your EPF accounts. since more than a year this company isn't paying to employees. If you ask they will try to shut our mouths. 3. HR policies will be revised from time to time wrt company's favour. 4. This company doesn't have any projects and almost it's kinda 3rd grade company ( unprofessional) 5. Income tax will not be paid to govt but will be deducted from employee's salary and they won't even pass information about when will they pay and give us Form-16 for our IT returns. So employees have to pay late fees for govt due to company's irresponsible behaviour. So guys beware of this company if you wish to join.

1.Salary is not being credited on time. 2.Response from the HR Manager is lethargic for issues relating to the salary and other personal stuffs. 3.Unavilability of proper HR policies is a downgrade to the company. 3.Poor opportunity for enhancing the technical skills of a person. 4.Lack of Detail Engineering Projects. 5.Urging the employees belonging to different states, to return to workplace during this terrible Pandemic is kind of annoying as it compromises the safety considering the factors like dependency for food and accommodation. 6.No additional benefits and facilities available in Nauvata like Childcare, Free food, Gymnasium, Team Outing, Soft skill training. etc. 7.Management is sluggish and need a ton of improvements to capture the attention of employees.

...re is no management at all, its a "one man show" so unorganized and sluggish. 3. One may not know when our salary will be credited at each and every month and its very painful. 4. HR and Finance depts. are of no use because they wont respond to any of employee Salary/PF/IT/Admin/Health insurance related issues. 5. If one quits company then you can forget all final settlements (funds), and no one (HR & Finance) from organization will pick/answer/respond to your calls/messages/mails. 6. If anyone wish to join this company, please be ready to suffer a lot and experience a whole new level of unprofessionalism. 7. There is no cafeteria/dining room for refreshments. 8. No increments/bonus 9. If employee travels to any of customer site/place for project purpose, company won't reimburse amount (they will say will settle, but it wont happen). 10. Outdated codes & standards will be used in the company which is of no use while doing any live projects, due to lack of funds.
