Hectic office environment. Some time manager irritates too much. They treat fresher as a experienced one. When you achieved the target all is well but when you don't achieve the target they forget that you are also a human.

Dislikes

The only thing which I disliked was work life balance and that too depends if you are not able to meet your targets, otherwise if you are good at your work then no one will tell you to sit any longer.

Good with salary package if you are a fresher and the salary comes on time including incentives as well. Compared to other sale process it is somewhat easier.

Dislikes

The work culture is very frustrating and can go toxic as well, the shift starts at 9:30am but the log out time can go to 9:00pm as well which can happen thrice a week as it is very normal to managers. It's 6 days working but at multiple ocassions you have to work on Sunday depending how your target is going as well as keeping in mind about the team timing. Work life balance is literally not considered over here as managers themselves do not logout before 8-9pm, there will be no scope to growth in the coming future as even tho you are doing great with your you still have to stay to help out the team everyday, when will other people have time to upskill themselves, if you want to dedicate your life to telecalling prolly this is the best place.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees

Being an MNCs the kind of work load here is a little different but the way managers are and environment is way better then others as per my experience

As it's sales profile so first work life balance Salary
