The curriculum caters to futuristic domains and prepares kids to become 21st century ready. The curriculum is tied into several loops, its complex, which even the senior members of the company are unable to grasp. However, they choose to remain silent and also want everyone else to behave the way they do. It could have been a really amazing place to work had there been like minded individuals.

Dislikes

... Good, kind and humility are a sin at this workplace. There are very few leaves. Salary and compensation are a slap on the face. It's very much possible that another person employed under the same designation as yours may receive a higher pay even if his qualifications are not at par with yours. So, if you are planning to apply, please do negotiate well. I can go on and on about this place.

The slightly likable thing about working here was the work itself which was interesting enough. But the toxic, horrible place will suck every last bit of motivation right out of you.

...s which they conveniently they follow or disregard on their preference. if you still take a job here, i hope they pay you enough to make this nonsense worthwhile. Best of luck you will need it.

Work culture is worst. No work- Life balance. Behaviour of Director ma'am is worst with the team. Thr management treat team as blue collar employees.

I'm thrilled to share that my expectations have been exceeded during my tenure here. This Organization has allowed me to live my passion and contribute to a cause that aligns with my core values. The organization's commitment to social impact and affordable education is truly inspiring. Nonetheless, the competitive nature of the sector poses its challenges. not everyone can endure the intense demands, and it's saddening to witness individuals who initially express a desire to make a difference but then back off when faced with the harsh realities. This is indeed a pain point for our organization. Nevertheless, I remain resolute in my mission to be part of the change in education.
