Salary will not be paid as in offer letter it will be less, if we ask means they will say based on your performance you will be paid. Promotions will not be given. Appraisal means what they will ask. F*** is the word often used by MD as an appraisal. Job security is NIL here if you join today or working when the company started there is no job security. We have to move out immediately when MD tells us. No extra pay / notice period will be given. Skills can't be put here. Nothing technically can'be learned. Only thing we can learn is how to cheat the customers. They do not follow the rules and regulations framed by government, FSSAI or certifying bodies. If we try to implement the rules and regulations they will see as like alien. Will not be satisfied with the work. Company culture is worst and can't be written here. Educated people not treated well. Only uneducated people treated well here. MD discuss with those people and will not take a decision with the graduated people. Don't know why he is spoiling many peoples life simply advertising. If we put correct review either in google.com or other he is deleting it and by paying some people to put positive reviews and for that separate person is handling it. Without proper equipment has to complete the work. MD acts like a Dictator, during interview he will be soft but after joining only will know his real face. It is not a MNC it is pucca local company. No CL,EL,SL available for anyone. If we take leave the salary gets deducted or will be terminated from job. No over time allowance will be paid if we paid more than 10 hours as they mention during interview. Dinner/ Tea will not be given during over time work. No separate department heads will be available. All decision taken by MD is final.

..., 5 days working day, weekly two days off, employee benefits and what not... The company MD even try to lure you by offering more salary than you asked. Don't fall for that trap. You'll regret big time. Once you Joined, you'll regret the decision of leaving the previous company. 1. First of all this is not an MNC(it's a local company with local cheap products). There is no market for these cheap products. 2. Five working days per week, but you have to work 15 hours a day during prodution. Lunch time is only 20 mins. In website they mentioned work timings as 08:30am to 05:30pm. But actual timings are from 08:00am to 06:30pm. During prodution days you have to work till 10:00pm. 3. It's MNC, but no ID cards for employees, no medical insurance, no canteen facility, not even a first aid box is available. If some injury happened to you, you have to take care of yourself. 4. All machinery and equipment is second hand equipment bought from China, nothing works. 5. If you want a miserable life with zero job security please feel free to join this company. I joined as Quality Manager. With in a month I resigned my Job due to above said reasons(actually there are more, but don't want to write those). I'm writing this review to create awareness among Job seekers. Please don't fall for this scam

- No work ethics - No Job security - You have to work 15 hours a day - All Machinaries are old and not working. - You'll be treated as cheap labor, no respect for your education and your work experience. - worst company is the only thing runs through your mind once you joined this company Finally this is not an MNC

Managing director is not good, joining time he is looking good manner but with i n a week he showing psycho manner
