This organisation favors only South Indians and especially those from Tamil Nadu. The Co-founder however their names are bigger in the society, the real facts are known by many. There is no business ethics, no policies followed and the decision maker or rule breaker is the founder itself. Forget growth, there is no job security since not the HR but the founder with his investors decide the fate of an employee or even the company. If you are planning to join then you should be a good looking young female for the founder to appoint you while the co-workers to abuse you.

Well , staff's are play a key role in naturals salon. But I really don't know why the area managers are select the un polite people as employees. Because of them some time salons are face so much problems.
