Irony is They sell a software HRMS which is a management software but they are not able manage team there is zero management . senior levels ke manager gutka khata hai in office It like working on a lala shop . English ke name pe sirf google translator ki spelling aati hai or mid senior level ke manager technology badalna nahi chate or kissi ko batana nahi chate agr koi fresher aaya then agar usko aa gya to unki job cut ho jaegi is daar se + they all are double faced specially HRMS team boss ke samne kuch or under kuch Last but least increment 4 k ka or gratuity 5 k kategi I think there sales team might pick this up and before selling anything tell me how u manage yourself Boss &CTO is good Mid senior employees are dehati ganwar

1. There is no training period. They give u work in training period but not training. 2. You have to work overtime and sometimes Saturday, Sunday. No competition for overtime. 3. They give you work irrespective how much experience you have.

it's good organization, there is lot's of opportunity to new generation and experienced programmers.

Dislikes

some time a programmer spent a lots of time on such type of work while that task is not beneficial in programmer domain. but that is compulsory.It should adopt some latest development platform.
