...ue to passengers of same boat. Otherwise, administration is like a sweet poison. Big bargaining on salary, no job security, no proper grade, only few get the benefit of grade. Discrimination on increment. Even those who are serving in this school for years, are not enrolled for EPF. You have to sign on blank salary register and then account department fills your basic grade, HRA, TA in full to show that they are paying grades to their staff. Primary teachers are working for 10-12k. So you can imagine the Pethatic situation of teachers. Never recommend any one for this school.

Dislikes

Management view for staff. Hiring teachers, peon for less salary, no job security, openly threat to anyone. No respect for senior teachers.

Individual departments for handling everything thereby making smooth and quick functioning.

Internal environment is not at all friendly , you have to trace the source of information in order to get information.

I feel fortunate to be a part of this School team. The school has fantastic infrastructure with all modern amenities. Big play ground and the only school in East zone to have a swimming pool. Numerous workshops are conducted for students and teachers growth. The school has made a mark on international platform also by participating in competition held in Germany and US. Collaboration with different countries is one more apsect that adds on to the school to be at NO. 6 in Leader'S Category.

Dislikes

I can hardly mention anything that I dislike about National Victor Public School, I.P. Extn. Only sometime it becomes difficult to balance personal and professional life
