There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you can't resign on the job training is not given to new joining.

There is no job security,no professional staff, Management expect you to be professional but in terms of contracts renewal or appraisal they will be very unprofessional,they have nothing on paper,they are very politically minded,Only people who are kamchor and have support of running party will be on job.Other than that if you are a hard-working employee, no value of your work. You should be good in chatofaing,and the most laziest person

It's worst doing work there, nsci has so much politics and no value of education if you have good contact you get promotion otherwise they won't judge your work or education level

They have not give you proper post and promotions and also they yse your work skill for their benifit will not help you to get promtion and you can't get here any experience while you're training for this job. It's just waste of your time

There is nothing to like about the company as it's fails on all the parameters of being called a company...it's basically a organisation that is run by some club m mbers who are illleterate and have no sense and value of anyone expect for thinking about their own benefits..the entire system is so corruput and politically motivated that they don't prefer a professional working to change the culture..

System is clueless as the management is just busy playing politics and taking anyone and everyone down with their stupid way of working
