Single Point Registration Scheme,(SPRS) Schemes, because my selection this policy base and my master this policy because I have woke from last 6 years this policy. 2. Nsic Exhibition Scheme,this scheme is my favorite one because nsic Exhibition Scheme is running all over India state.

Least concerned about the human resource, whether the die or live..least concerned. Copying the guidelines of other PSU and implement those in haphazard manner. Ignoring employees plight and self centred attitude of seniors is the USP of this organisation. They have done nothing and never think of the word SUPPORT from the management of this PSU

Ignoring attitude of management/seniors, Self Centeric attitude, no transparency in policies, office politics are major dislikes in this organisation

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
