Company is run by an arrogant woman who acts like a dictator.Company consists of only 2 people including the founder woman.There is no job security and relevant work.The woman treats the employees as her servants.She shouts and abuses employees unnecessarily and takes personal favours from employees like buying medicine for her etc.For,those who are looking for a career growth,this start-up is a worst option. Literally,a very bad experience.Wasted my money and time working there.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
