National refinery is the only refinery in Pakistan that is producing base oil for manufacturing lubricants of various kinds. It helps to enhance the country economy as well.

Dislikes

No hierarchy is available in this complex refinery due to which employees of the company are little demotivated while working in their role.

What I like about National Refinery is it's environment and learning facilities which is provided by the company they set seminars and conduct classes to enhance operational skills and safe environment we technical employees have discussion on technical things like chemical process which is running in plant discussed and we learned many things about emergencies how can we handel them

I do not dislike a single thing about my company it gave me the opportunity to enhance my working skills and it exposed me to the experienced people as a skilled worker to who i can show them my hands in experience
