If you want to leave the job at any point of time then you will required to pay two month's salary to get your certificates back. There is no job security as you are not given an appointment letter and you can be asked to leave any time. There is no policy of maternity leave, medical leave. Gratuity is not paid to employees after 5 years of service. Management is very money minded and find ways to deduct salary of employees every month. It is a total slavery environment. They have no policies that are employee friendly and you cannot open your mouth about it.

...favouritism at every level. 5. You end up working even at home -all the time. 6. Salary is good but half of it is spent for hospitals due to high level of work stress. 7. Getting US president appointment is easier than the school Principal's. 8. No exit interviews as I presume they are aware of the above facts.

Such a nice school and culture.supportive teammates and management. They give good salary.do hard work and be prompt then 100% job security ll be there.

Did not find any dislike because honestly I worked for my school so .

NPS ITPL invests a lot in teachers professional as well as personal development which is remarkable.

Dislikes

Not exactly dislike but certainly NPS has strict dress code policy which at times puts the teachers in dilemma.

Training, co-teachers, students.

Dislikes

No parking, micro managing teachers, no room for error or else warning letter. Phones should be submitted at the reception. Strict dress code. Students cannot walk around there campus during any break time, they can only go to the washroom and back too the class. And the list goes on.
