Lack of Leave: The company had a strict no-leave policy, even for urgent personal matters, leading to burnout and stress. They even didn't consider you as a human. No Support for Seniors: There was little to no support or recognition for senior employees, making it difficult to feel valued in the organization. They commenting you at your back even they body shaming you. Poor Management: Management failed to communicate effectively or provide necessary resources, leading to confusion and inefficiency. Toxic Work Environment: The lack of respect and consideration for employees created a negative and demotivating atmosphere. Unrealistic Expectations: The workload was often excessive with unrealistic deadlines, making it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Unheard Voices: Employee concerns and feedback were often ignored, contributing to a sense of frustration and helplessness. Office Politics: The workplace was heavily influenced by office politics, where favoritism and internal alliances overshadowed merit and hard work.
