nothing to celebrate in the national police service

Dislikes

they disregard promotions in terms of education. poor remunerations they still operate under colonial rules they need to advance with the technology national police promotions are biased they should be systematic, you find someone retiring in the rank of constable yet his juniors are promoted on merit

The police is law enforcer ..I like when I'm serving an oppressed to get justice..

Dislikes

Long working hours,Poor housing condition,low medical standard ,negative perspective the public has toward the service too much transfer,law salary.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
