The pressure is tremendous. Revert time is too little. Even week ends are full of work and pressure. Salary increment are not on time and sometimes delayed by 6 months also. And not much increments

Benefits and facilities for employees welfare is quite appreciable.

Dislikes

Management is not good with respect to change policies by HR management is created a threatening environment of job security for employees. Do consider this factor prior to joining.

They allowed us to take WFH and the best part is they have not made any deductions or deferment on salary.

Nothing except for the location which is Kalyan which becomes difficult for an employee who stays at Western Suburbs of Mumbai

All the teammates are very helpful if you asked someone something they will exactly tell you until you understand that thing and atmosphere for working is very good. Company have various types of rotary and static equipment so fresher can learn lots of technical and logical things there. Also for the Expansion of plant there was shut down of 3 months in which I got great practical experience.

Dislikes

There is no job security,as if they have vacancy only then they will consider you otherwise not.

My honest opinion about Company is their teamwork is fantastic...lots of things I learned in company regarding about teamwork, job profile, how to talk with seniors , etc etc.....

Dislikes

As per my conclusion and observations there is no other thing which I dislike about company
