No HR Policy so far, No job security and motivation . Salary won't credit own time for all employees, Incase of sales team expenses will not settle timely. Once employe resigned from service for whatever reason managment will not settle notice period salary. Many of sales Managers and executives are continues to follow their salary and other benefits settlement. Overall very poor and bad culture especially in Indian operations. Sharjha managment least bothered about Indian operations. Hence head of the operation and director using their power to protect their Personal intrests. Un professionals unqualified persons are driven the company in India this may be lead to stop India operations in future.

Expecting will come 1. Management person will come from experienced from reputed organisation. 2. Management people should be knowledgeable about market & Job knowledge. 3. Professional approach, Job security, work culture.

1. Not looking for performance. 2. No job security . 3. Unethical & Unprofessional approach. 4. No Market & Job knowledgeable person.

Working at NP was not out of choice but out of compulsion to support myself and family.

I was very happy when I joined but it was short lived when increment was once in 5 years. No importance of professionals. No policies and no direction.

Likes

Big MNC but providing very little chances of career growth. Their staff Accommodation is good, salary is paid on time. Growth prospectus is almost nil.

Very pathetic environment, especially in warehouse and factory area there is no respect.

Working with National Paints is like achieving goals everyday... I was in sales.. work hard earn more...

Every thing is perfect... But there was a delivery ( logistics) issue that time while I was working...
