I like to work their because I feel happy to help the needy people and enjoy my work with my colleague.

I dislike their it's mean because of the uneducated area i feel sometime very uncomfortable to work with them.

It will my pleasure to work at the national level.i have trained at national level however didn't got the opportunity to work at national level.

It's too much pressure to work at some rehab where there is no proper channel or working knowledge.only trying to get money .

Likes

It is an incredible platform to upgrade one's interest in the field of social service. It has significantly helped me polish my skills working with the less privileged people. Not only it has helped me personally in my personal growth, but i has also helped me recognize the ability in changing people's life. As far as the working environment is concerned, i believe they have some prodigious team and it is a blessing to be part of this team.

Dislikes

Honestly i never faced any problem while working here. However, there were times when i faced difficulty handling the staff. The Work pressure can be quite high, especially when there are events to organize.

Working for National NGO as a volunteer is a great experience allowing me to explore different aspects of helping people. I would highly recommend working for National NGO. I have been working with them for the past 2 years, and all these years I have learnt many things about campaigning, communicating with people and other essential things.

This is such as n Organisation, who can help to groom an employee multi skilled, if that employee is positive and intelligent. From this Organisation, my personality has been groomed like a pro active Manager, good counselor,gave me excellent skill of marketing. Gave me an opportunity of working outside West Bengal also, with which I came close to different cultures and working system of different people of different states.
