It was a good experince as accounts assisant in National Motors, learned practical application of accounting and financial terms,about my department they are well supportive and give prope guidance regarding my job and about the organisation culture.It was a good platform for me to improve my skill and my career growth,good working environment also

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
