Top management is good, but the middle management not having good working culture. No inclusiveness of the employees with the organization. Restrictions and rules imposed in a day but benefits can not be sanctioned in a year time also. Compare to a normal industry, the employee benefits are very poor and the attrition rate is too high because of the management policies.
