I like their management because they will give equal opportunity for contractual employees for learning all aspects of instrumentation and they will give training on them frequently etc.

Dislikes

They have collected money from contractual employees for trainings. they does not have certain rules. continually they are changing rules and responsibilities. Finally, Ladies stoff is more than jents and domination lazy of work etc

Likes

Institute is open to innovation and ready for new biological research technologies. As a result, I could do some organic trials with ful effort. Another important thing my colleagues and assistants were very spurious and supportive in responding to new technologies and works.

Differentiations and native political dramas was little painful
