my teammates are co operative but I haven't got any training,No job security, No growth, less salary than education or post , work load , internal politics , most of the staff members are from blood relationship to each other. No transferency in selection process in ICMRs institute's. low quality , less quantity out put.

It's all depends on which project ur getting .here some projects that completely based on excel work. Some people are here just to do escalation for every small work with giving KT on this task.

Management don't have any idea what are all the employees problems.

NII is good company for both fresher as well as experienced. Growth depends on you totally. Helpful seniors. During pandemic many people lost jobs but thanks to director of company. The only person who cares about employees along with few people.

Dislikes

Be careful of people who have exploitative nature. Don't fall prey to their misery. There are few handpicked people in company. I had to change my project because of them
