Great Institution with great people. The institute offers a truly interdisciplinary environment of research, and an assortment of Unique, Interesting and Valuable courses taught by the best faculty in India. Being right next to IISC Bengaluru, and collaboration with NCBS, TIFR and a lot of institutes, the possibilities are endless. For anyone willing to join after master's and wanting to research in science, social science and humanities, the institution is a heaven. Everything is very professional and the salaries are as per standard MHRD - DST requirements.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
