It is good for freshers to work, but only for maximum 1 Year. Some managers are helpful and motivating people, very few we can say.

...s and demand to complete work, I mean how is it possible. Unnecessary pressure. Salary gets delayed some times. Need to learn most of the things on our own, without proper knowledge transfer. Salary and career growth is very slow. If you take it positively, then you will get exposure to work on all the stages of software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to designing, development, testing, hosting and error solving. I will suggest not to wait more than a year, because latest technology are NOT used here, you will be stuck with traditional methods.

Our TD is very helpful . Technology exposers are there our TD always encourage me to do new thing. I got good work culture and skilled couligue. Also Our TD celebreted birthday, conduct skill trainning classes, also we participated in games like cricket these kind of stuffs increase employee productivity.

Dislikes

1) As I was a NICSI employee and its on contract job so salary structure is very poor although we can get more salary in private company than NIC Nicsi employee. 2) Job is on work-order basis so related department always delay the payment and it could be delay up to 2 to 8 months also so it mentaly disturb the employee sometime so definatly this is the area where NIC and department need to work together.

NIC it is an best organization in India and more than 250 employees are working in NIC. It is the best place for working in India. Also we can gain lot of knowledge from our senior employees. All are very kind and friendly working employees but I missed the organisation due to a small wound on my leg.

There is no dislikes for NIC but salary sometimes may be getting delayed due to some network problem.

...ience & good environment to explore our career which is a best thing to myself. There job security as per my opinion that's overall best but eventually salary package doesn't goes well because of that I have to quit this. There is no any kind of travel only noc based work.

According to me this is level 0 company and no kt ... manager openly saying no one will tell anyone..Jain and his wife are so level 0 .ony politics and they have ruined it
