Salary in first week of per month 3. 2nd and 3rd saturday off. 4.Near of my house, and suitable for professionally because of: 1. Develope the full application design, business logic and database,called full stack development. 2. Meeting with the client and understand the user need. 3. Analyse the software 4. Testing is also doing through your hands.

According to me this is level 0 company and no kt ... manager openly saying no one will tell anyone..Jain and his wife are so level 0 .ony politics and they have ruined it

... Only benifit is u get lots of holiday as per state government holiday calendar. But there is no leave with pay in this company.

It is good for freshers to work, but only for maximum 1 Year. Some managers are helpful and motivating people, very few we can say.

...s and demand to complete work, I mean how is it possible. Unnecessary pressure. Salary gets delayed some times. Need to learn most of the things on our own, without proper knowledge transfer. Salary and career growth is very slow. If you take it positively, then you will get exposure to work on all the stages of software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to designing, development, testing, hosting and error solving. I will suggest not to wait more than a year, because latest technology are NOT used here, you will be stuck with traditional methods.

...any provides day to day training program for technical and personality growths. Salary is good. And working environment is balanced And provide full job security.
