As working in ot department the most I like about national heart institute..team work between staff n surgeons... Overall staff of national heart institute is good n hardworking ..never trouble us for salary...always salary we get on time...good institute to gain knowledge n experience......

...e been working here since from last 3 year n yet not satisfied with my salary... according to my work load my salary is low....

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive they give average salary hike and bonus every year but management is not Good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management is not good and supportive salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 18 months before which you cannot resign. If resign not give to experience letter and security money.

Overall companies experience till date has been good, policies are good. Appraisals are fair but salary hike is bit less than expected. Environment of company is good team mates are supportive

Company politics , lesser salary, employee bond and two months notice period

Work life balance is good and nobody disturbs you after your working hours or on leave. Your work are appreciated by all and compensated accordingly. Senior management is very approachable and has a humane touch. Great place to be in and learn.

Likes

The volume load and the diversity of cases in regards to the cardiac anaesthesia are spectacular. You would learn a lot and most importantly learn how to deal with and manage the stress of workload and dealing with the cardiovascular surgeons.

Dislikes

No fixed working hours and some times hectic schedule.
