...s like job security, zero transfer policies , no CCL facility,no EL facilities . Salary hikes are very low. Not a good environment to work. Bosses are terribly uncooperative.

Salary is very low, no career growth. Every year the contract should be renewed and there are lot of loop holes in this. The management doesn't address our issues.

...ey are equally or more active then those employees who are on regular post.....NHM employees are contractual employees they really deserve a permanent job security and equal salary as they cz now they have proved there work.

There is no job security....we are working from 6.5 years bt zero growth ....govt is not increasing our salary as rates of things are increasing day by day...in short salary is not sufficient for a family.... They are not giving us training for allopathic treatment so we can surve when ever they need or nesassory for patients. there is not complete team 1 or 2 person are doing complete work of team on single salary. we are surving in rural and tribal areas where challenges are more then other areas but there is no difference in salary and allowance as should be......in my opinion we must get equal salary and allowance as regular employees are having. This is really unbelievable about difference in maternity leave. A regular employee ( Mother ) needs 2 yrs for better growth of her child...there child needs more attention of there mother , but for a contractual employee (mother ) 6 months is enough for there child growth.....there child dose not need more attention. How it has been decided....and why... 2 different children of different mother form different job title( permanent or contractual) will have different childhood. it is a big partiality with childhood of children.

National health mission is rural development health awareness programme provided and I also part of nhm and 9years experience is very well

National health mission policy is contract system and can't increase salary benifit

...ding upon the place of posting . Nice staff. Nice place to learn all the skills. Salary on time .

Dislikes

Bad infrastructure at the peripheral hospital.Short staffed in most of them.No special benefits to the employees.Almost all are underpaid.
