Officers dont have time. No flexibility to experiment or try new things. Everything is very top down driven. Middle management does not know much. The place just needs people who execute what they are told, without much scope for innovation, where there is a potential for so much more! The model is less of collaboration but more of the world behaves the way we want.

Very poor treatment on consultants by the higher authorities, no clear demarcation of roles, all benefits to consultants with personal preference of senior management. No value to quality work and commitment. Only form of growth is through personal favours for senior management.
