Salary is ok, but no growth at all, the work pressure is extremely high especially for the junior staff, some times I work between 14-24 hours in day, managers do not care about my work, care about their images and self center, no training, no feeling of appreciation or security in the job

The high standards of system management quality with good service policies are designed to provide the best possible solutions for the patient management and the providing health care services.

Dislikes

The career growth and opportunities is limited as most of the quality certificates are not recognized and that is way they're offering positions less than expected and mostly staff physician positions. Except for Saudi board, European and North American qualification certifications.

Likes

I was at NGHA Pathology Dept for eight years and I thoroughly enjoyed working in an institution where the highest quality of work was always expected. Every section was accredited by the College of American Pathologists. Staff improvement at all levels was actively encouraged. In general senior and junior colleagues were friendly as well as professional and, in my own case, extremely helpful when I was seriously ill.
